JJ Thai Cuisine was then Co-founded by Mr. Barry back in 2012 and with the unrelenting support of his family.
It started out with humble beginnings in a hawker stall at Bukit Merah View. Overwhelming demand reaffirmed Barry's foresight to leverage on the good brand of JJ to introduce a well-known Thai comfort dish, Yen Ta Fo, locally known as (Yong Tau Foo).
Expansion to 2 locations - Zion Riverside and Bukit Merah View Hawker in 2013 was swift due to good response and humbly, three stalls were soaring in recognition of its own, branded under the name of JJ Thai Cuisine and JJ Thai Yong Tau Foo.
Barry later decided to embark on a concept which allows good conversations and connections to take place and a fast-casual restaurant concept was established at The Sembawang Food Haven – Jalan Legundi.
